                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST,
                   RESPECTIVELY, SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 11
                   WITH PIEDMONT OLSEN HENSLEY ON CONTRACT NO.
                   28C AND 28D, MOCCASIN BEND WASTEWATER
                   TREATMENT PLANT, INTERCEPTOR SEWER SYSTEM,
                   RELATIVE TO CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DURING
                   START UP OF THE CENTRIFUGE DEWATERING
                   EQUIPMENT AND ASSISTANCE IN REMOVAL OF AN
                   UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK FOR A CONSIDERATION
                   OF TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED
                   TWENTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($27,525.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor and the City Finance
       Officer be and are hereby authorized to execute and attest,
       respectively, Supplemental Agreement No. 11 with Piedmont Olsen
       Hensley on Contract No. 28C and 28D, Moccasin Bend Wastewater
       Treatment Plant, Interceptor Sewer System, relative to
       construction services during start up of the centrifuge 
dewatering
       equipment and for assistance in removal of an underground storage 

       tank for a consideration of $27,525.00.
